By purchasing tickets, visiting our website, or attending 301 Devil’s Playground, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Event Admission

301 Devil’s Playground is a live haunted attraction experience. Admission grants entry to the attractions included with your ticket type for the date purchased.

All guests must follow posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines while on the property.

Failure to comply with rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

Rain or Shine Event

301 Devil’s Playground operates rain or shine.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, rain checks, reschedules, returns, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason.

Timed Ticketing

Tickets are sold for specific date and time windows.

Your time slot guarantees admission to the attractions during that evening but does not guarantee immediate entry at the exact time of arrival. Guests may still experience wait times and must proceed through the attraction queues.

Arrival Window

Guests must arrive within the 30-minute window of their selected time slot.

Due to limited hourly capacity:

• Early arrival does not guarantee early entry

• Late arrivals will be admitted only as space allows

• Late arrivals may experience extended wait times

No exceptions will be made and no refunds will be issued for missed time slots.

Attraction Availability

Prices, dates, operating hours, attractions, entertainment, and experiences are subject to change, availability, or cancellation without notice.

Some attractions or entertainment may close temporarily due to weather, safety, technical issues, or operational needs.

Capacity Limits

301 Devil’s Playground operates with strict capacity limits for guest safety and experience quality.

Event dates or time slots may sell out. Ticket sales may end at any time without notice.

Guest Conduct

For the safety of guests and staff:

Guests may not:

• Touch actors, staff, or props

• Use physical violence or threats

• Enter restricted areas

• Be excessively intoxicated

• Possess weapons or illegal substances

Guests who violate these rules may be removed without refund.

Assumption of Risk

By entering 301 Devil’s Playground, guests understand that this is an interactive haunted attraction which may include:

• Loud noises

• Strobe lights

• Fog effects

• Dark environments

• Sudden scares

• Uneven walking surfaces

Guests enter at their own risk.

301 Devil’s Playground is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Photography & Media

By entering the property, guests grant 301 Devil’s Playground permission to use any photographs, video, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

Website Use

All content on 301devilsplayground.com, including text, images, branding, and media, is the property of 301 Devil’s Playground and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Changes to Terms
